Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will be responsible for technical execution around direct mail pieces and data management. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, a self-starter and provide support to the Marketing Team members. The Marketing Intern will report to the Acquisition Marketing Manager who will assign projects based on need.


  • Understand marketing team goals and execute them effectively
  • Post appropriate content to CleanChoice Energy Instagram and Facebook accounts along with company blog
  • Provide support across acquisition channels for quality control of data
  • Understand legal obligations and assist in proofreading of disclosures
  • Conduct data improvement and cleanup of records in Salesforce
  • Track marketing results, understand and present on program performance
  • Organize and ship relevant campaign responses to caging firm
  • Provide CleanChoice Energy art files according to brand guidelines to partners and other stakeholders
  • Research and find appropriate vendors, communicate with and fulfill requests
  • Organize storage of physical marketing materials 
  • Support the Marketing Team in other efforts as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Writing and proof-reading ability
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite, specifically Microsoft Excel and GoogleSheets
  • Knowledge of Direct Marketing and Print Production
  • Experience in Salesforce a plus
  • Graphic Design including Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously
