Marketing Manager, Acquisition

CleanChoice Energy seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Acquisition Marketing Manager to help build our brand and customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person, to help build a different kind of energy company — one that believes in renewable energy and shares the values of our customers. The right candidate will be willing to jump into marketing tasks as assigned that could range from design projects and proofing marketing materials to launching new marketing channels and conducting competitive analyses.

Key Accountabilities

  • Creating and implementing marketing programs to support customer count growth
  • Managing and analyzing marketing results to increase the efficiency of marketing programs
  • Working across teams to launch and manage marketing programs

Manager will report to the Director of Acquisition Marketing.

  • Managing marketing campaigns in support of customer count growth
  • Working across departments to launch, operationalize and improve campaigns
  • Identifying, onboarding and managing outside vendors as necessary
  • Creating and designing marketing materials as needed
  • Proofing marketing materials and meeting production deadlines
  • Acquiring and preparing prospect lists
  • Analyzing and acting on marketing program results
  • Developing strong, productive relationships with coworkers
  • Producing and managing project budgets
  • Understand and ensure legal obligations are met specific to communication channel
  • Represent brand and communicate company mission across campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of direct marketing or advertising experience. Experience with direct mail, tabling and outbound telemarketing a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting offline and online marketing programs that have generated results while enhancing brand image
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects with varying schedules simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and effectively utilize market research and program results data
  • Experience onboarding and working with outside vendors
