Sales Operations Manager

CleanChoice Energy seeks a dynamic and professional Sales Operations Manager for our Team.  The ideal candidate is adept at managing multiple tasks, has exceptional attention to detail, and can work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be well organized, energetic, and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-paced, changing environment.  This role is responsible for supporting the Sales department and owning sales operations for the Field Sales team. The position reports to the Director of Sales. 


  • Coordinate the onboarding/offboarding process for new sales agents with Department Heads
  • Assist in preparing sales agents to acquire necessary permits
  • Conduct research on potential partnerships for sales organization
  • Manage commission report and conduct payroll for field sales team
  • Partner with Sales Director to increase sales efficiency and own lead to sale process
  • Review sales data and identify opportunities for territory targeting
  • Work with Training Manager to develop sales training content
  • Manage and distribute sales materials to field agents
  • Coordinate sales events/meetings and prepare materials
  • Prepares and delivers timely and accurate reports to management team
  • Complete additional special projects as assigned
  • ​Supports market research to inform sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years with combination of sales, sales management or operations experience
  • Master of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Positive and responsive attitude with clients and colleagues
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • History of working effectively in a team environment while juggling multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Passion for renewable energy and the environment
