Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

CleanChoice Energy, a national renewable energy provider and developer that empowers people to change the world with how they power their lives, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the Sales department.  This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company with a mission to make clean energy feel easy and rewarding, by growing the movement for clean energy and building clean power plants like solar.

Job Description 

This role focuses on the accuracy and integrity of sales audit processes through timely and thorough review of sales data. The position involves identifying discrepancies, maintaining compliance with internal standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimally resolve issues. The ideal candidate brings experience in the energy industry and demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with a keen attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review data for accuracy and compliance
• In-Person Sales processes and execution
• Report oversight and analysis
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the energy industry required
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently

Travel

• 100% Remote 

Compensation

This position offers a base salary range of $45,000-$50,000, an incentive plan, and a robust benefits package.
