Job Description
This role will be focused on improving our data-driven approach to pricing through advanced analytics and robust reporting. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, data-driven and passionate about making an impact. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting analyses and creating reporting to help the Sales and Marketing teams drive growth through pricing. This position will report to the Director of Pricing & Marketing Analytics and be fully dedicated to supporting the Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Update/automate, clearly document, & proactively identify opportunities for streamlining retail pricing processes.
- Clearly articulate and present pricing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Track and monitor changes/trends for Price to Compare, Costs of Goods, & pricing over time.
- Create, update and maintain various monthly reporting packages and dashboards for sales, marketing, and business leadership to enable clear pricing visibility.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams (channel managers, lifecycle marketing) to support marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
- Partner closely with Wholesale and Finance on input costs (energy, RECs, etc)
- Develop data-driven insights to drive innovation and real-time strategic decision making.
- Present findings and insights to business stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in business, economics, analytics, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience with pricing and pricing analytics.
- Hands on experience working with various data sources in an analytical data environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales marketing, business intelligence analysts, wholesale/risk and data engineers
- Interest in learning SQL/Snowflake & Domo/Reporting platforms. Current experience with analytical tools a plus. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel required.
- Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail, makes a habit of double and triple checking work.
- Prior energy experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation
This position offers a base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 (annual) and a robust benefits package.
